Mica Rabineau

Mica Rabineau was born and raised in Los Angeles and knows the city inside and out, having listed properties from Silver Lake to Malibu. As a homegrown REALTOR, his broad knowledge of the city has allowed him to specialize in buying and selling high-end residential real estate for a wide range of clients that include well-known names in music, sports, film, and television.

Since joining the prestigious boutique brokerage Nourmand & Associates in 2008, Mica has made a name for himself in the local real estate community and has amassed over half a billion dollars in career sales. Mica has closed over $50M in transactions in 2021 alone, with some of his most notable sales including representing the buyer for the honored Kirk Douglas estate in Beverly Hills, as well as representing the buyer for an estate in Bel Air for an astounding $25M.

In addition to these major sales, Mica has had the pleasure of working with entertainment luminaries such as AJ McClean of the Backstreet boys, Big Sean, Charlie Puth, and Nas. Mica has proved to be a trusted agent for entertainment’s biggest names because of his discretion, unparalleled market expertise, and tenacious negotiating strategies. Mica continues to provide a concierge-level of service to his clients, guiding them through this competitive market with integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment.

Though Mica remains a highly in-demand agent in Los Angeles, he is never too busy to spend time with his Grammy Award-winning wife Jamie and his family. Mica also enjoys indulging in his love for food at some of LA’s world-class restaurants, including his favorites Jon & Vinny’s, Park’s BBQ, and Sushi Nozawa. Not only is Mica a fixture in the LA restaurant scene, you can also find him at LA’s premier sporting events, cheering on the city’s championship teams, from the Lakers to the Rams.
