Vadim Khabyuk grew up in Sacramento and later moved to Los Angeles where he attended the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). At UCLA Vadim graduated Cum Laude with a degree in International Relations and a minor in Eastern European Studies. While attending UCLA Vadim knew he wanted to start a career in real estate so he started interning at Nourmand & Associates Realtors in Beverly Hills.
Immediately after graduation, Vadim began working under one of Nourmand & Associates’ top producing agents and received his real estate license. In his first 18 months as an agent, Vadim worked on more than $30 million in real estate transactions. Vadim has worked with both high-net individuals as well as A-list celebrities. He always brings the highest level of service and discretion to all the transactions he is involved in. Within the first 18 months, Vadim was featured in the hot properties section of the Los Angeles Times.
