L.A. Metro’s Downtown Subway Project May Not Open Until Mid-2022

Looks like LA residents are going to be waiting a bit longer for the new subway system to official be finished. It's projected to be concluded March 2022, and starting up about five months after that...will the city's traffic finally ease up?
